If you haven't already done so, please complete online registration. Online registration MUST be completed by Thursday, July 13.
Registration day is Thursday, July 20, your attendance is MANDATORY. Students will not be able to attend classes without meeting registration requirements. Please note your first tuition payment and fees are due on Registration Day. The registration process should take approximately 15 minutes of your time. Only one parent is required to attend.
PLEASE NOTE: A $100 fee will be assessed to families who fail to complete registration requirements on July 20.
Payments can be made using cash, check or credit card.
There is a 4% convenience fee for all credit card transactions.
If you would like to sign up with our automatic checking withdraw program, please bring in an additional VOIDED check.
Other fees that will be due at Registration (if applicable) are July/August Lunch, Drink Program ($100), PE Uniform, Grade 5-8 class trip/Camp fee ($200), and/or PK & Grade 8 graduation ($25) due. These fees will be collected at the last station as one payment.
A separate check may be made to Trinity PTT for clothes closet purchase and/or PTT dues.
Teachers request that students bring in their school supplies on Registration Day, Thursday, July 20 from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm. through Tuesday, July 25, during office hours (8:00 am - 12:00 pm). Students in Preschool through grade 5 will bring their school supplies to their respective classrooms. Students in grades 6-8 will be assigned lockers at registration and will be able to place their supplies in their lockers. School supply list can be found on Sycamore under "Document" tab on the Home page.

Campus Clean Up
Saturday, July 22, 2017 8:00 am - 12 noon
We need lots of helping hands to help paint, fix, wash, clean, etc.
If you can come to school and help us out for a few hours, we would be most appreciative!
If you have some cleaning supplies of your own to bring along (sponges, rags, buckets) that would be helpful.
Lunch and refreshments will be provided.

Preschool & Pre-Kindergarten Parent Orientation
Monday, July 24, 2017 6:00 pm TLC Sanctuary
The evening will be filled with pertinent information. Our Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten teachers will introduce themselves, review the calendar and schedule for the school year, explain what their expectations are for students and share opportunities for parents to volunteer. Children are welcome to attend, but there will be no on-site childcare.
