Trinity Lutheran School

Welcome to Trinity Lutheran School

Aloha in the name of our LORD and Savior, Jesus Christ!

I feel incredibly blessed to be with you in Hawaii and officially welcome you to the Trinity Lutheran Ohana. Trinity Lutheran School exists to share the love of Jesus Christ. Our faculty, staff, parents, and keiki strive each day to do whatever we do to the glory of God. We do this by being focused on excellence and centered in Christ.

Please know that I care for you and your children like family. I pray that this school year is one of growth and memorable experiences for all of us. We are blessed with a loving staff that is dedicated to growth and meeting the needs of individual students.

We have many exciting things happening throughout the year! Our Middle School Coding Elective, led by Pastor Ryan, has rolled out our new iPad Initiative, with other classes joining the implementation along the way. Mrs. Klemp has used research to expertly revamp our Reading Counts Program so that not only will our students’ reading skills grow, but so will their love for reading. Our invested and enthusiastic Parents & Teachers of Trinity (PTT) group continues to work diligently to sustain and add educational value through support of subscriptions like Discovery Education. The Development Committee has been busy creating a future vision and securing funds for major facilities refinement. Our church congregation offers a great deal of support with prayer, volunteering time, and fulfilling teacher wish lists to enhance classroom experiences. We are a small ministry with big heart and great love for one another!

Our Bible verse for focus this year is 1 Corinthians 10:31, which says: So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God. I encourage you to praise God in your everyday lives, even in the mundane tasks like doing laundry, caring for loved ones, or helping your children with homework. Everything we do is spiritual when we do it to God’s glory!

Grace and peace to you from God our Father!
