2026-2027 Enrollment Form

INSTRUCTIONS
The enrollment fee is $600 per student and can be paid with check or debit/credit card ($624 w/ card convenience fee). The enrollment fee is non-refundable.

A student's spot in their respective grade level is not secured until both the enrollment form and fee are received. Seats are filled on a first paid, first served basis.
In the event you withdraw your child/ren before July 28, 2026; one-tenth of the annual tuition will be collected.
Trinity Lutheran School reserves the right to deny enrollment to students who's academic and/or behavior standards do not meet our school's standards. All current year financial obligations must be met before any student will be considered for enrollment.
